Jake Sandau

Jake Sandau brings more than 14 years of experience working in the mining, construction, transportation, and public sectors to his work as Morrison-Maierle’s Safety Administrator. As a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and an Associate in Risk Management (ARM), he brings the expertise and knowledge to lead Morrison-Maierle’s safety initiative.

Jake’s philosophy centers around “the safer we work, the better the project outcome.” He cites his motivation as being people-focused, and that’s what helps drive his mission of returning employee-owners home safely at the end of the day.

Jake’s family helps keep him active in the Helena community, where he volunteers with Cub Scouts and helps to coach youth sports.
