Julie Hofbauer

As our Grant Manager, Julie Hofbauer takes pride in helping her clients find funding assistance to turn their project ideas into a reality. She says, “Every community and client is different; it is fun to be a part of the work they are accomplishing within their communities.”

With a dual background as a development director for a non-profit and office administrative manager for Morrison-Maierle, Julie is uniquely positioned to understand our clients’ needs and help them obtain funding. She has experience managing grants, hosting fundraising events, working with project managers on federal and state grants, grant reporting, and coordinating between clients and funding agencies.

While she specializes in water and wastewater funding, she’s able to help with grant writing, screening, reporting, and negotiation for a variety of industries. She says, “As a grant manager, I prioritize community needs, ensuring that funding decisions reflect the wants and voices of the people most affected. This means funding initiatives that lead to measurable improvements in community well-being for the long term.”
