Kyler Harkins
Kyler is an ICT and electrical engineer who finds the most rewarding part of his work in contributing to projects that positively impact his community, especially those where he can see the finished result firsthand. “I enjoy having the opportunity to create a positive impact in my community through the work we do as a team,” he says.
He has experience designing low-voltage systems for a variety of building types, including K–12 schools, professional office buildings, and other commercial and residential facilities. His background includes receptacle layouts, access control and video surveillance systems, paging systems, wireless design, telecom room design, and fiber optic cabling—all aspects of ICT design.
Kyler values creative problem-solving, continuous improvement, and building strong relationships with his teammates at Morrison-Maierle.
Outside of work, Kyler stays involved in his community by participating in the annual Walk to End Alzheimer’s with the Alzheimer’s Association. In his free time, he enjoys recreational basketball, slow-pitch softball, and trap shooting.
