Passionate about the communities where we work and live, Lukash says, “I find working on local projects and seeing them come to life so rewarding. It’s a great feeling to drive around town and point out the projects and buildings I’ve contributed to.”

Outside work, he enjoys volunteering with fellow employee-owners in the Missoula office and spending time with his wife and their dog, Frankie.
