To address the growing needs within Morrison-Maierle’s Airports Market Group, we are pleased to announce two recent leadership transitions.

Scott Bell will transition into a new position as Morrison-Maierle’s Airports Technical Leader. In this role, he will help shape the company’s technical strategies and lead improvement efforts for our airport clients.

Previously, Scott served as the Airports Market Group Leader, where he supervised a team of engineers and planners and provided engineering solutions for small and large airports in Montana, Oregon, Washington, and Wyoming for over 25 years.

This transition has created an opportunity for Shaun Shea, who will step in as the new Airports Market Group Leader. Shaun has been the Missoula/Spokane Regional Operations Manager since 2014 and brings extensive knowledge and experience with the FAA, as well as expertise in landside and airside projects and business development. Notably, he has recently worked on the award-winning Missoula Montana Airport, where he served as the engineer of record and oversaw terminal expansion projects.

Morrison-Maierle has a strong commitment to creating professional opportunities for our employee-owners. Arian Bloomfield, President/CEO, stated that the introduction of technical leaders at Morrison-Maierle is a significant step toward expanding our services while providing pathways for our highly skilled and experienced employee-owners to continue advancing their careers. “Technical leaders are employee-owners recognized regionally for their high level of expertise in technical work, client development, and speaking engagements. They serve as our visible experts both within the firm and externally.”

We are grateful to both Scott and Shaun for continuing to bring their decades of experience to airports clients.
